Joe Gatto is a full-time real estate advisor serving buyers and sellers throughout Naples and Southwest Florida. First licensed in Massachusetts in 1986 and in Florida since 2014, Joe brings 40 years of sales and leadership experience to his real estate practice.

A five-time Sales Representative of the Year and recipient of a President’s Award in the sporting goods industry, Joe has also earned Downing-Frye Realty’s 2025 Gold Award and 2026 Mid-Year Silver Award.

Joe is the author of The Edge Series, including The Quiet Edge and The Presence Edge. He works alongside his wife, Brooke, who coordinates the details behind each transaction. Known for clear communication, careful preparation, and steady guidance, Joe believes the relationship is the asset.
